Ceramics: a Grand Goblet

The two-part ceramics course will focus on the production of a goblet or chalice, with an emphasis on the clay body, sturdy stem and base. In the second session, the jug will be decorated in a manner of your choice.

Jarõna Ilo, the ceramics master at Kumu Studios, has worked as a freelance ceramicist for over twenty years. Her work emphasises both commercial ceramics and more abstract forms and techniques, which the master shares with both experienced and new ceramic lovers.
