Описание

Graphic arts can seem difficult due to the complex techniques involved. Sometimes you have to etch something, and sometimes you have to scratch the surface or even soak something. However, it can also be simple and accessible, and printmaking can be practised with household tools: the result is striking surfaces, detailed lines and beautiful images! All you need are oil pastels, a little bit of paint, foil and phosphoric acid or, surprisingly, a cola drink. With handy tools, beautiful prints can be made, which can be framed or, for example, used as Christmas cards. The workshop will be held in English, with Russian-language instruction available if needed.

The instructor, Andrei Kedrin, is an artist and art teacher who focuses mainly on illustration, drawing and street art. He is the founder of the art events series Wednesday Sketching and a co-founder of the street art collective Sodacats.
